Treshawn Brown is from New Orleans, LA. Treshawn has over thirty-five years of dance training in ballet, pointe, tap, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, Horton / modern, and hip hop dance technique. She has studied in Louisiana, Tennessee, North Carolina, New York and Connecticut. Even though her focus is on teaching she continues train in dance. In addition to her dance training she has been teaching and choreographing for over 20 years.
Her teaching and choreography experience consists of being a freelance choreographer and previously the Competition Director and Choreographer at Charlotte Dance Alliance; former Owner and Artistic Director of Dancerz Stage Dance Studio; and over 20 years of teaching experience across the United States for many different studios focusing on technique. She currently has an online technique company called The TLC (Turns, Leaps and Conditioning) Dance Experience where she shares her tips and techniques with dancers and studios via online and in person privates as well as in-house workshops/intensives.
Currently Treshawn continues inspire within the art of dance keeping her dancing technique sharp to share with her students.
