Location: Charlotte, NC
Day Fee: $875
Evening Fee: $260 / week

Pointe Strength Training places an in-depth emphasis on each student’s strength preparation before dancing in pointe shoes. In order to achieve this, faculty members will determine on an individual basis whether students are eligible to wear pointe shoes in this class. Students should NOT purchase their first pair of pointe shoes for this class. Other Specialty Classes may include Jazz Dance, Modern Dance, Pantomime, and Pilates, and are arranged at the discretion of Charlotte Ballet Academy and are designed to develop a well-rounded dancer. Charlotte Ballet Academy's Jr. Intensive is designed to help students age 9-12 build strength and technique in Ballet and other dance forms.

Dancers auditioning for Charlotte Ballet Academy's Jr. Intensive will be asked to demonstrate ballet exercises in a ballet class setting. The Jr. Intensive is recommended for students who have at least 2 – 3 years of continuous ballet training and are ready to begin or continue Pre-Pointe work.
