- Occupancy 25 bodies

- Room: 45 ft x 31 ft 

- Ceiling Height: 20 ft

- Sprung Marley Floor

- Aerial Capability

- Can be rented as a Studio Theatre

Studio 2: 

- Occupancy 8 bodies

- Room: 17 ft x 16 ft 

- Ceiling Height: 19 ft

- Flooring: Grey acrobatic floor is in this space, but can be rolled up.

- Occupancy 10 bodies

- Room: 24 ft x 27 ft

- Ceiling Height: 18 ft

Sound Equipment: Sound in all studios and bluetooth speakers

Studio Restrictions:

- No rosin on dance floor

- Any shoe is fine (if shoes make large scuff marks try to clean the floor)

General Availability:

- Mondays, 10am - 3pm - any studio

- Tuesdays, 10am - 4pm (any studio) and 7:30pm - 9pm (studio 2 & 3)

- Wednesdays, 10am - 3pm (any studio) and 7:30pm - 9pm (Studio 3)

- Thursdays, 10am - 4pm (any studio)

- Fridays, any time and any studio

- Saturdays, after 12pm any studio

- Sundays, any time and any studio

**These times are not 100% guaranteed because we have to make sure a staff member can be there or we don’t have rehearsals or privates scheduled. So it’s general availability.

 

Renter Contracts to Sign: If renting studio theater, you need general liability insurance that covers $1,000,000.00.
